Bigwin Brewing Company is a cottage–country brewery inspired by early mornings on the dock, quiet paddles, and late–night stories around the fire. Crisp water, tall pines, and a sky full of stars live in every pour.
We are building out our home on the lake now. In the meantime, consider this your first glimpse of what is coming off the dock.
Bigwin Brewing Company is a small–batch project rooted in cottage country. We imagine beers that belong on the dock beside a paddle, in a camp chair by the fire, or on the table after a long day on the lake.
Our focus is clean, approachable styles with a sense of place. Brew water that tastes like the lake air, malt that feels like weathered dock boards, and hops that echo the pine and spruce at the shoreline.
Here is a glimpse at the beers we are shaping for the first season. Names and labels may change, but the spirit will not.
Before the first kegs roll down to the dock, we are having some fun with hats, tees, golf towels and coasters. It helps fund the dream and gets a few BBCs out into cottage country early.
